That it was close to the interstate

No remote for the tv, when I asked for one I was told they would bring me one. I waited 45 minutes for one and I was told "oh I forgot" Then the toilet wouldn't flush at all. He said he would have someone look at it and there was one in the hall.

Probably the worst hotel experience ever. Dirty, badly in need of updating. Bathroom door would not close, soap dispenser out, hall carpeting smelled, breakfast was very poor. All cereal sugary, eggs dry/lumpy. An arrest in the hallway at night!

Location was convenient to our travels. Staff was courteous.

Hotel was run down. Bathroom door wouldn't close without slamming hard. Noisy. Breakfast eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold and dry. Not much made. Seemed like we were the only guests. Coffee was very weak and watery. Not good.

Only the location!

The hotel itself was extremely unclean! It smelled like mildew and there was smoke damage on the walls. In the rooms all of the furnishings were rusted and once I open the blinds I realized the covering on the mattress and the floor was covered in mold.

Located in the most convenient area of Winnie,

I have stayed in several of the hotels in Winnie as I am there on business frequently. I'm afraid this one is quite run down.

The bed was comfortable

loose tiles stacked in front of the elevator. extreme paint oder in the room. painters tape over every door in our room. NO Tv at all. the office area had no available printer. toilet and refrigerator made loud noises all night. Worst experience ever!!

Nothing, would never stay here again. Was only here for a school function.

Everything, my room looked like a fire/flood was in there. I took pictures. There were black mold spots on the pictures, the bathroom was nasty, the walls had maintenance issues done poorly and tried to get covered by a lamp! The ceiling was black!

Loved the bed and it was clean and really a nice place

The bed was the best. But the only weird issue was that although the air was a nice temp it still seemed humid in the room. It would be better if the free breakfast was till 10 as many are getting ready to leave before this time.

It is far from Beaumont, but I chose due to its price being like $10-$15 below compared to Beaumont. And it is clean. Staff friendly

It is pet friendly hotel. The showerhead and pressure is bad. Takes long time to shower. Breakfast had recycled omelette, recycled boiled eggs, coffee tasted bad. Location is far to Beaumont.

Plenty of lamps and light in the room. Nice sized room, good bed and pillows. A/c was adequate. 32 inch TV seemed small. Appreciated the elevator!

Free Internet service did not work. Could not connect in room; I had the desk clerk connect my device for me, and then it dropped off before I could get to the elevator. We could not connect to the internet on iPad, laptop or phone. A deal breaker.

Staff was very friendly, comfortable bedding and my second room was clean.

First room assigned was not cleaned but reassigned clean room immediately. Vending machine was broken. WiFi in my room was almost not existing. Could not even get a signal at times. Overall good, could be better with a little more attention to details.

Water pressure and hot water are non existent . No store in lobby or even a working vending machine anywhere on the property. The breakfast was very lack luster. Towels are getting very old . Pool was filthy and hot tub was cold.
